In Emila of the earthquake, to Camposanto in the province of Modena with Icone5.9. The festival adds to its name a number: 5.9, such as the magnitude of the earthquake. Icone5.9 carries the colors of the artists in the centers most affected by the disaster. A project Emilia is reborn, for this long festival started on 29 May and will run until July 21.

The Cultural Association Fuori Orario and Art Gallery D406 – Fedeli alla linea, with the collaboration of the towns of Modena, Carpi, San Felice S.P, Finale Emilia, Camposanto, Bastiglia, Medolla, Cavezzo and San Prospero are pleased to invite you to the 11th Edition of Icone, the InternationalFestival of writing and street art.This year edition will take place in many of the towns hit in 2012 by the catastrophic earth quake swhich brought devastation in Emilia, Lombardia and Veneto, and with the purpose of keeping the  attention alive on that tragedy and to draw an artistic pathway able to promote those lands so harshly affected.The invited artists are among the major protagonists of the European and worldwide street scene:among those, Herbert Baglione from Brazil, Escif from Spain (who will contribute to the opening event), Bastardilla from Colombia, together with the most important Italian artists such as Ozmo,Ericailcane, 108, Dem, Aris, Moneyless, 2501, Mr Fijodor, Paper Resistance, Corn79, Laurina Paperina and many many more.The initiative on the walls of the towns will begin on May 29th at the former Sport Hall in Modena, and is planned to continue, till July 21st in all the above mentioned towns.

Associazione Culturale Fuori Orario e la Galleria D406 – Fedeli alla linea, in collaborazione con i comuni di Modena, Carpi, San Felice s.P., Finale Emilia, Camposanto, Bastiglia, Medolla, Cavezzo, San Prospero sono i promotori dell’undicesima edizione di Icone, rassegna internazionale di writing e street art.
L’edizione 2013 di Icone interesserà molti dei comuni della provincia di Modena che nel 2012 sono stati colpiti dalla disastrosa sequenza di terremoti che hanno seminato distruzione in Emilia, Lombardia e Veneto, con l’intento di mantenere sempre viva l’attenzione su questa tragedia e di creare un percorso artistico che possa promuovere le nostre terre così fortemente colpite.
Gli artisti invitati sono fra i principali protagonisti della scena street europea e mondiale: si succederanno infatti gli stranieri Herbert Baglione dal Brasile, Escif dalla Spagna, oltre ai principali artisti della scena italiana tra cui Ozmo, Ericailcane, 108, Dem, Aris, Moneyless, 2501, Mr Fijodor, Paper Resistance, Corn79, Laurina Paperina e moltissimi altri.
